1. Delivery Details

All products ordered that are currently in stock will be dispatched on the same day or the next day. Delivery time will vary depending on your destination address & freight option chosen. Products that need to be ordered in by Prime Industrial Supplies from a supplier may increase the time to dispatch. Goods classed as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will incur additional freight charges to the order after the order has been completed. If the customer does not wish to pay the additional charges the order will be credited.

2. Returns policy

Any goods, which are damage or defective or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Buyers’ order, may be returned to the Seller within 30 Days of delivery, subject to examination under Warranty, or to misuse of the Tool in the opinion of the Seller. Any Warranty Claims are subject to the Manufacturers’ Warranty Conditions, which are available at the time of purchase.

Provided that it is done so within 30 days of delivery and a return authorization is obtained from the Seller
Provided that the goods are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
At the Customer’s own expense, or to the Customer’s account and
On the basis that risk in the goods remains with the Customer until the goods are received by the Seller and that a restocking or return fee may be charged.
Further that it shall be at the Sellers’ discretion to accept on Return any Goods which are ordered or manufactured to the Buyer’s specific condition.
