How to Order

Below is a step by step guide that is designed to help you through the process of purchasing an item from our website.

Step 1 - Finding items and placing them in the shopping cart

There are three main ways that you can browse the products in our current catalogue:

  1. Search by Brand
    Using this option allows you to search by your favorite brand in a drop down menu. Simply select the desired brand and click "search" and a list of products under that brand will be displayed.
  2. Browse Catalogue
    Using this option allows you to search for your desired products by clicking on the product category you require and then drilling into that related sub-categories to refine your search.
  3. Search Products
    This option allows you to search products by either product code or description. Simply enter a stock code or description into the search box and click "search". A list of products will be displayed that best match your search requirements.
Step 2 - Adding items into the shopping cart

Once you have found the desired product simply click the "Add to cart" button and your product will automatically add to the shopping cart. You can change the quantity of products in your cart, or delete them any time before checkout.

Step 3 - Checking items out

To complete your purchase of items in the shopping cart browse to "Go to checkout" and click on that link. Fill in your contact details and delivery details, followed by freight and terms, and finally confirm order and pay. Once this stage has been completed, your product will be picked and delivered to your specified address.
